Easy family house on the Seadrift Lagoon. Very well put together house on the Seadrift lagoon has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, large, airy great room with gas fireplace, dining area with windows overlooking the water and a spacious chef's kitchen. The hot tub on the deck is great after a day of paddling around the lagoon on one of the kayaks included with the house.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
One week minimum during Summer (June 15-September 30, 2012) and all holidays including Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years & Easter. Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents & Memorial Days and require 3 nights minimum. Please note that
prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays
of 31 days or less.
