Three bedroom, three bathroom house on the lagoon. The large, open kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and has enough space for several cooks at once. Dining table easily seats eight with lots of elbow room. Step-down living room has huge views of the lagoon and mountains outside and a gas fireplace and big screen plasma TV inside.
The multi-level patio is well furnished for lounging by the water or having a sit-down meal at several tables. The hot tub has a commanding position overlooking the lagoon.
The master bedroom faces the lagoon with direct access to the patio and hot tub. The luxurious bath has spa tub, separate shower and includes a bidet.
Two other bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two sets of bunks, and two more bathrooms complete the accommodations.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
One week minimum during Summer (June 15-September 30, 2013) and all holidays including Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years, and Easter. Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents, Memorial, Labor, and Columbus Days and require 3 nights minimum. Please note that
prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays
of 31 days or less.
