RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
One week minimum during Summer (June 15-September 30, 2013) and all holidays including Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years, and Easter. Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents, Memorial, Labor, and Columbus Days and require 3 nights minimum. Please note that
prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays
of 31 days or less.
Prices and amenities are subject to change without notice.
The living room has three big sofas facing the fireplace and large screen TV.
The Navy Blue sofas are big enough for comfortable naps after a day of surfing.
Big arm chairs around the table for after dinner lingering.
The window seat is ideal for watching beach watching.
The kitchen enjoys a panoramic view of the beach and ocean.
Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a private bath.
Second Bedroom has a King Bed and a view of the beach.
Third Bedroom has one set of Bunk Beds and two Twin Beds.
