Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents, Memorial, Labor, and Columbus Days and require 3 nights minimum. Please note that prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays of 31 days or less. Prices and amenities are subject to change without notice. The wide and inviting entry welcomes you. The sunny living room has a wood burning fireplace. Plenty of comfortable seating in the spacious living room. Marble-topped dining table can accommodate 6-8 people. Breakfast counter is perfect for extra dining or quick snacks. Efficient and well equipped kitchen has a gas stove. The Master Bedroom has a King bed. The Master Bedroom also has a small fireplace for romantic evenings. Second Bedroom is fitted with a Queen Bed. Third Bedroom has two sets of Bunk Beds. Fourth Bedroom has a single set of Bunk Beds. Newly remodeled Master Bath is barrier free. Master Bath Shower is barrier free, has a fold out seat and dual shower heads. Heated lap pool with a view of the lagoon. Main dining deck has a gas fired BBQ. Sandy “beach” area above the lagoon makes a safe play space for children.
